1.1 We do not accept returns unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
Each product is made to order, handcrafted with care, and tailored specifically for you. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects.
Manufacturing Defects:

1.2 If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service team at info@3blifestyle.com or via WhatsApp - 8739939005 within 48 hours of delivery.
To facilitate the return process, we will arrange for a pickup of the product from your provided address.

1.3 Quality Check Process:
Once the product is picked up, it will take approximately 3-5 days to reach our warehouse.
Upon receipt, our team will conduct a thorough quality check, which may take up to 48 hours.

1.4  Replacement Only:

If the product is approved to have a manufacturing defect after the quality check process, we will replace the product with a new one.
We do not offer refunds for products with manufacturing defects, only replacements.
Recording Unboxing:

Please note that all our products are custom-made to order. This ensures that you receive a fresh product tailored to your specifications.
